• The purchase between the private sector is made only to landowners, while the seller may have land or not.

• Internal Sale and Purchase (within the same registry). The process is carried out between the 5th and 20th of each month, for which it is requested to present the following documents;

• Updated Land Certificate

• Updated Sanitary License

• Stamp of 5 pesos for each animal in case of cattle, when it is equine the stamp is 10 pesos

• Foreign Sale and Purchase (Bone Outside the registry or municipality);

• Stamp of 5 pesos for each animal in case of cattle, when it is equine the stamp is 10 pesos

• 5 pesos stamp for each animal for the transit pass• Renew the Certificate of Ownership (For Cocheo patents)• 5 pesos stamp
